Our organizational learning and education services are designed to be short seminars or longer training sessions that share our professional experience, knowledge, and foresight with our clients. These seminars and training sessions include:

  • Webinars provided on a variety of topics related to financial institutions law and related matters, including those provided through our "Bank Law Stuff" co-branded webinar series presented in conjunction with Bankerstuff.com.

  • In house seminars, webinars and training sessions specifically tailored to address a client’s specific need to educate the client’s employees on a specific topic.

  • High-level Board of Director and/or senior management briefings on topics of critical interest to the industry and/or the specific client.

Engagement Approach

In a world in which knowledge is a critical economic resource, intellectual capital is a key organization asset, and organizations must learn faster than their competition. We believe that how knowledge is acquired may be as important to a client as the knowledge itself.

We understand that clients today increasingly are reluctant to support the traditional professional firm "pyramid" structure of staffing and leverage where a small cadre of experienced professional personnel are supported by a large number of lesser experienced and younger professionals and staff. We do not operate as such a "leveraged" organization. Instead, we collaborate with our clients and share with them our professional experience, knowledge, and foresight in ways that create common sense and practical solutions. We use a minimal organizational infrastructure and work with client personnel and other client-engaged professionals in small teams to provide the key fulfillment and delivery of advice and services. Where an engagement's unique business challenges, issues, or objectives require, we are able to turn to a network of strategic relationships with qualified professionals for additional support.

We constantly seek to maintain the highest professional standards. Among other things, that means we put our clients’ interests first. We approach each engagement separately. We listen to a client’s specific business challenges and opportunities and then, with the client’s help, identify each engagement’s own issues, objectives, and fee.
